SUBLIMATION
Sublimation is the transfer of solid ink by vapor, this four-color printing technique (Process), is one of the strongest techniques ever devised to date.
In physics, the definition of sublimation is the passage of a body from the solid-state to the gaseous state, without passing through the liquid state. This transformation therefore takes place without going through a melting step (from solid to liquid) or a vaporization step (from liquid to gas).
Printing is done by high-resolution inkjet printers on specially designed paper. We then transfer this print directly onto a polyester fabric at an elevated temperature of 400 ° F.
This process is available on polyester clothing (white) and for sports clothing badges (See our LE SPORTIF section). In the case of the latter, we apply it to a laser cut and fused polyester canvas at the same time as printing.
Benefits of Sublimation:
- Impeccable rendering of details and colors
- Allows printing on large surfaces
- Very high resistance
- Imperceptible to the touch
- High-quality badges at a low price.
Advantages on textiles (white polyester fabrics):
- Light on the garment
- Printed fabrics are easy to maintain and wash
- Directly dyes the fiber; the colors remain vibrant
- Polyester fabrics
- Very high resistance to industrial washing
This process is available on polyester garments (white) and for sportswear badges. In the case of the latter, we apply it to a laser cut and fused polyester canvas at the same time as printing. This industrial resistance process provides impeccable rendering of details and colors by directly dyeing the textile fiber.
This industrial resistance process is also available on many types of objects and materials! Ceramic mugs, signs, signage, mousepads, etc. Refer to our Products section to learn more and see all the promotional items available!
